This is a decent movie.  I do however feel it has one scene of intense greatness.  When Timothy Hutton is in the emptied battery and the suits are starting to get angry and grab him.  Then, in perfect formation, dozens of M16 machine guns are pointed at them from an elevated position.  That part always gives me chills.
