Just seen the film and found the following interesting.

You know when Charlie finds the money to buy the winning Wonka bar, it was 50p in the book, but with inflation it's £10 in the film. The strange thing is that when he is offered money for the ticket he is firstly offered $50 and then $500. Strange that he was offered dollars when he lives in England.

Yet another error by lazy Hollywood directors.

Hey fellas, yo Soldier, according to the bill I am lookig at right now it does have a pound sign on it, along with the Queen of England and Sir Isaac Newton on the opposite side. I had this bill for a while, I traded this man a Washington for a Queen. Now, about the Chocolate Factory, I thought that kid was poor, I would take the money quick, forget the Factory. $500 bucks? man believe me, I would be at Scores rather than at the Factory. ;)

That is strange.
My Drama Class is doing Willy Wonka.
(The Bars we chose are funny looking but if I get to see one I will show you guys)
We just give him a bunch of to money.

BTW we are hanging the bars of a Coat Hanger lokin tree cause we can't lay the candy on the ground of course that and we changed Augustu Gloop from German to Mexican........its surprising to say the least

Well We can't because our Drama teacher doesn't want to Use Real Candy in fear of that most of the Actors would eat them all. Trust me we have a Fridge in the office for those who have lunches if its left there fro over a week its open for somebody to eat.
