				Has anyone seen this film?
The opening title scene is very Warrioresque. It uses a very similar font in the same red colour, and moves over what I think is New York. The opening track doesn't seem out of place of The Warriors and I think it'd work really well in the game. It is also a good film, and not what you would expect from a Samurai film. It's more of a gangster / hitman film with an essence of samurai! Anyway, it worked for me! 8)

This is one of those "always wanted to see it, never got the chance". Forest Whitaker is great in everything he does.

Yeah, Ghost Dog's a good film. It's serious and philosophical, but funny too. That Italian gangster who loves Public Enemy cracks me up. I never noticed any similarities to the Warriors before, but now you mention it I suppose there are a few, like the theme of loyalty.
Jim Jarmusch is one of my favourite directors, so if you like Ghost Dog you should check out some of his other films. Ghost Dog is probably his most accessible though. Hey Gonzo, I don't know if you've seen it but he made a film with Joe Strummer in it called Mystery Train, that's one of my favourites.

CIB, Yea Mystery Train and Jarmusch are great. I also loved the bleakness of Stranger Than Paradise. Great stuff. Did you ever see Jarmusch talk about smoking in Blue in the Face? That was a sort of sequel to Smoke (one of my favorite movies). Very cool.

Sorry for the late reply, my computer's been messed up for the last few days. Anyway, yeah I've seen Blue in the Face, that's one of my favourite parts of the film when Jarmusch is sharing his last cigarette with Harvey Keitel. It's funny when he's talking about how people in action movies throw away their guns when they've run out of bullets like they're disposable.
