I've been thinking about having a forum dedicated to movie bargains since we all love films. I found this box set of 9 DVD movies being sold on Amazon for £28.97 (free shipping). It contains 8 of the best Stanley Kubrick films (all of which get over 7 on IMDB) which works out at £3.62 a movie (plus a DVD about the life of Stanley Kubrick). The films included are:

'2001': Remastered 5.1 sound, remastered picture

'Barry Lyndon': Remastered 5.1 sound, remastered picture

'A Clockwork Orange': Remastered 5.1 sound, remastered picture

'Dr Strangelove': Remastered 5.1 sound, remastered picture

'Eyes Wide Shut': Same as 2000's solo release

'Lolita': Remastered sound, remastered picture

'The Shining': Remastered sound, remastered picture

'Full Metal Jacket': Remastered sound, remastered picture

Also:
'Stanley Kubrick: A Life In Pictures' 142-minute documentary

Great for a Christmas gift or a gift for yourself! :D I don't know if it will stay this cheap for long. Play.com has it at £10 more.

I'm not his biggest fan and out of those films the only ones i own are. The Shining and FMJ.

I know some don't agree but, i didn't enjoy Clockwork Orange at all.

Ive seen Clockwork Orange once and its been a while, I remember it being rather disturbing thats about it. The Shining is in my top 10 list I love that movie. I like the first half of Full Metal Jacket when they are in boot camp, but after that its kinda dull. The rest of those I cant recall seeing.
