No no no you guys. I have you all beat.

Keanu Reeves in Bram Stoker's Dracula.

The worst os when he returns to England and sees Dracula in the crowds and stuff. Of course, this is Keanu Reeves so it's a bit too easy to make jabs at him.

or Tom (most overrated actor ever) Cruise in that lame-ass Ron Howard Movie Irish/English accent the film with his just as lame former wife Nichole Kidman

i say if you cant get the actor to do a true accent on the charactor that was written...look elsewhere my friends :doubt:

i agree with all the people put on and it's because you use words that are hardly said here anymore
cheerio
tata for now(hardly said anymore tiny bit used)
what not

these words were used in the old days like touppance or threppance,  and the thing is we didn't really have much of an accent as it's put on in fact most comedians have used accents in their actjust to get back at anyone making fun of their voice.

Very harsh world we live in with people like that.

i hate it when american actors use posh accents and say cheerio and think we only drink tea.
Only the royal family speak in a posh accent, coffee is more common than tea here and the last person who said cheerio was probbly beaten to death.
glad i sorted that out, so cheerio chaps!

He's not American, but the worst British accent in a movie has to be that one guy in Mean Street. You know who I mean... One minute it's Irish, then Australian then back to British. It really ruined that whole film for me.

Here's an idea: If you're makin' a right Cockney British football 'ooligan film with real bleedin' nutters all over the gaff, why not get in some actual Cockney geezers?! Does my nut in!!

Anyway, as for worst British accent by an American actor, I'd have to go with Johnny Depp in From Hell like most people have.

T7, what about Brad Pitt's Irish accent in Snatch?! That's bad too!

And Tim Roth's American accent in Reservoir Dogs also nags me... Alright it's not terrible, but I'm conscious of it throughout the film.
