it's a good movie, I like 2001 better though.
My qualm with it is that it's about censorship, and how a person must choose in society to be good or bad, but they are presented as ideas and the film lacks a central theme to it.
The opening colors into Malcom McDowell's face is awesome! Almost as awesome as the crazy colors at the end of the Last Temptation of Christ.

I know! The Catholic church makes movie ratings, and for a while there A Clockwork Orange was rated C for Condemned.

I tried but just could never get into Clockwork. I don't know maybe too much surreal crap. The beating the hell outta things seemed to have no sense to me. But I haven't seen it in many years so I'll have to give it a try again with a new viewpoint.

Im sorry to all of you clockwork orange fans, but I cant stand this movie.I did not understand the ending, and the whole movie was practicly rape scenes, and characters just seemed to vanish, never to be seen again in the movie.

I thought the movie was great. Yeah I admit, I felt they did overdo it with the sex and all. I plan on reading the book sometime.

LOVE IT! A true masterpiece in cinema. The fight Alex and his friends have with BIlly Boy and his gang is pretty cool too. Such a good story as well.

That fight was CRAZY!!! People flying through windows and getting thrown over tables and smashed over the head with chairs... it was cool. An awesome scene. The music helped alot.
