I couldn't find a topic on Stand By Me so I thought I'd start it. What are your thoughts on this movie and what is your favourite part?
I think my favourite part is when they are running through the scrap yard.... "sick balls".

Two for flinching. Always reminds me of my schooldays. Ive had arms more blue than nightcrawlers thanks to this schoolyard past time.
How long would it have taken for another gang to come along and reck the treehouse if it was built were you live?

This was one of the first films I saw that really touched me...

Kiether Suferland is amazing in this movie,I love the way he points his knife at the kids.

Loved this movie. One of the greatest. I was watching it when I discovered the greatness of a bowl of chicken chips. I was like, eight years old. Great story. LOL

Oh my god what a great flick! This movie has so many great moments i'm not going to try and think of any to name! But the end always brings tears to my eyes
Why do friends have to split up as they get older!
