The Vampires?

Hi guys,
I'd a question, I've in my mind for at least 15 years, I'm 4 real!!!
So 15 years ago I watched a movie, "The Vampires" (I'm not very sure about the title).
Shortly: an IRS Agent goes and check a family in The Bronx, but when he has to come back home (it's 8 p.m.) he didn't find his car. So during all the night he'll fight, helped by several people, the local gang The Vampires. At last he will beat those guys. It's not only a fight movie, but also that Agent way of understanding how it's important sometime showing really his claws.
Anyone watched it, or know it
? Can anyone tell me if it's the right title... cause I cannot find it anymore!!! Have I dreamed it!!! Sometime I really think so!!! Just kidding!!!
