Ok on my last topic about Seven Samurai I found out a few movies were remakes from other countries or classic movies.  Let's name others fellas.

I think the Condemned could pass as a remake of Battle Royale.

The Vanishing is from the Dutch movie Spoorloos (Vanishing).

Inside Man was taken from the Mexican movie La Ultima Fuga (The Last Escape).

Reservoir Dogs was a remake of the Hong Kong movie City on Fire.

And the Host is getting remade soon too. It's completely ridiculous. The Host is gonna be ruined when they remake it, I guarantee.

Well "Scent of woman" is the re-make from the italian '60-'70 "Profumo di donna"(same meaning). If I remember well, the colonnel - Al Pacino played same Vittorio Gassman part..........
.........and it's also funny to mention The Warriors from Senofonte's Anabasi. 8)
