the last part of chapter 16
rembrandt's apartment
Rembrandt opened the apartment door and said"home,sweet,home....go on take a seat make yourself at home warlord", swan walked in staring in amazment at rembrandt's paintings all on the living room walls. the first one he looked at was a colourful painting of the warriors hangout and he saw another one that was the wondorous coney wonder wheel at the fair,he looked at all of them some were large paintings some were crazy ones some were scary ones and some were magnifcent but he missed out one that was the most beatiful out of them all was a one of swan and dianna and fletcher,swan felt his eyes well-up with tears, rem came back in the sitting room and said"are you crying bro", swan rubbed his eyes and replied"no i got somethin in my eye oww" and then he pretended that he got it out, swan said"could pass me a beer please rem"
"oh sure swan there you go"
"so are theese your paintings"
"yeah i done them all and all of them were based on gang-life and my pride in my brothers and where i live"
"god you make gang-life look beatiful, and now i can see why your mum wanted you to go to art college dude with theese paintings you could make fortunes,you shouldda went to art college", rembrandt smiled and said"thanks but if i had went i wouldnt of made theese want you are totally in love with by the looks of things"
"yeah in a way your right"!!
swan looked around and said"i love your house to its really morden and for a first time apartment you did better then i did, i like the graffti covered walls and the morden saude chairs and yeah i would defiantley buy this apartment if i could coz its exellent,its like man like but at the same time its-its gorgeous, i like your painting of us three me dianna and baby fletcher",rem looked and explained"oh im sorry swan i forgot to take it down-oh-oh im so sorr-
"no,no dont be sorry are you kidding its gorgeous and i wouldnt want you to take it down"!!
After a long while of talking and watching t.v rembrandt went to bed and"said good-night bro" and swan replied"same to you little man, good-night" and with that rembrandt shut his bedroom door and went to bed, swan decided to phone dianna(he knew thier phone numbe roff by heart) he rang it and waited for it to ring then:
"hello dianna johnson what do you want",swan didnt answer for about 10 secounds and said"di-is that you-"
"george what do you want ok i said it's over"
"but before you cut me of just listen ok-i know the other night got outta hand but i just want to say im sorry and that i'll come pick my stuff up tommorra but i just want you to know i loved you and i always will and i would never sleep with some dirty-whore ok and that if i never have to speak to you agian fine but i cant live without you-"
"swan just-shut up about coz its too late im gone out of your hands and i wont come back so get used to it"
"ok well just let me say this before you shut me out of your life i belived in you always have,always will but you just didnt believe in me"!! swan could hear dianna crying and it felt like a needle had just went through his heart and then he added"bye and i love you send my hugs and kisses to fletcher please" and then he put the phone down and lay back on the couch and he cried himself to sleep wishing dianna would forgive him!!
The next morning rembrandt woke him up and said"its 10:00am i have to go on patrol,come on get up", swan replied"you go on patrol at 10:00am-patrol"
"well yeah just because im a tagger dont mean i dont help the new-blood scouts out"
"oh-ok ill get up". rembrandt stared at his naked body and said"urgh do you ming man"
"what oh right sorry-well you should be able to handle it your a man,and if you've ever been to high school you take showers with men so lighten-up and im sorry gees some people"
"ok cool-it and remember to lock the door and when you get to coney give me the keys ok" rem said as he was going out the door, swan replied"ok-boss". he could hear rem laugh a he was going down the stairs, then swan got ready and took the subway to coney!!
When he got to the hangout he gave rembrandt the keys and then went inside to see his fellow warriors cochise smiled and said"hey my brutha where ju bin all this time?"
"no where just around"
"well i dont care if you've bin around or not but your gonna get trained up, me and you gym area now", swan smiled as he regonized cochises cheeky ways of putting things. after a bit of fun swan went to his and dianna's apartment, to collect his clothes and other things!! he was now outside of the apartment and he knocked on the door-"who is it", swan said nervously"its me swan". she opened the door and was in someways trying not to look at him and then he said"how you bin" she looked at him and said"fine,fine hey ya know fletcher's growing pretty-fast and he's only a mounth old".
"is he here, can i see him"
"no he's at my sister's house doris"
"oh ok, ill get my stuff packed ok and then i'll go you dont have to help me out or anything"....dianna looked and just as swan went to get his clothes out of thier wardrobe dianna said"swan, there hear", she was holding a black bin-bag packed with swan's stuff!! swan went to get the bag then all of a sudden she grabbed him and made out with him passinataley,swan gazed into dianna's eyes and said"ive missed you so much baby"
"me too george,me too"
"and im sorry about that time when i stayed out for ages im sorry and i wont do it agian"
"swan just shut-up and kiss me", and with that they made out and then went into the bedroom!!
The next morning swan made breakfast and dianna got up about 10minutes after him and ate breakfast with him on the table,then they heard a knock at the door!! swan opened it and it was doris and fletcher he screamed and said"ahh my baby-boy hello gorgeous daddy's missed you"..baby fletcher had grown alot and he looked happy as can be to see his dad. doris looked mortified and asked"dianna what the hell is this low-life doing here" dianna replied"for your information sis we made up and dont call my man a low-life coz i dont call yours a druggie", and with that she shut the door on doris's face:
"ha that'll teach her", dianna asked kindly"erm swan give me fletcher i wanna check somethin"
"ok", she smelled fletcher and said"yeah he's pooped and because he's bin missing his dad im giving you great pleasure to bond while changing his diaper please". swan laughed and replied"what a great bonding method".. and then he got his baby mat out and changed him all the while tickling him on the tummy and making qaucking noises and dianna smiled as she saw father and son bond,back together forever!!
Later on dianna,swan and baby fletcher went to the warriors hangout to annouce that they were back together and evereyone cheered and they had a party dianna took fletcher home and called her most trusted nanny ebni, then she went back and partyed like she'd never partyed before when it was about 8:00pm swan and dianna took a nice stroll down the beach dianna said"your men are some crazy dudes when they party, thet're real party animals"
"yeah they sure are erm dianna the reason i took you out here was to say well you know i love you with all my heart and i would devote my life to you..ssoo.."
"so what?"
"will you marry me"!!
ok boppers that was the final part of chapter 16 and i will be doing chapter 17 pretty soon, i hop you enjoyed it and i left you a little cliffhanger find out what she say's in chapter 17,
