The Warriors Movie Site Forum

Has anyone seen these shows?  They are pretty cool martial art shows that go into the history and some techniques of different martial arts.  I know there are other shows out there but these two are pretty cool. What do you guys think?

I've seen these.  They are very interesting, specially the training they have to go through.
