I spoke to some people who went to the premier last week. They showed the first couple of episodes for season 6. They told me Tony was in a coma in all the episodes they showed after the first one, and any scenes he appears in are "dream sequences".
I wonder if that is the plan? Maybe he'll be in a coma for the whole season & finally die in the last episode. That would certainly be ballsy on the part of the producers to do that to the main character.

OMG OMG OMG OMG.. I haven't seen the first episode yet. I'm watching from season 1 to there now. I am buying Season 2 in boxset tomorrow

I know Adriana is dead but they really messed with you on that one. Here's why I say so: All other "clippings" are shown, or the corpse disposal is shown. In her case we see nothing.
