I'm not a huge fan of the show, I know it's fixed and all that. but they did something really cool wednesday night. they had this big 2 hour special with a lot of national recording acts and ELVIS performed. it was a hologram but still it was very cool. I thought it was an Elvis tribute artist at first. technology is amazing. one of those things we really take for granted.

There wasn't nothing wrong with sanjaya. He was a cool dude. He was a decent singer. He should've standed. I don't see anything wrong with another Michael Jackson either.

What ever happened to the good old days, were singers strive on their own from ground up, to get where they are today.  Thats why a majority of the winners, barely do anything.  Theres nothing unique anymore.

well yea. it seems like it's more of a female dominated thing ya know? the guys who win don't go to far, but Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood are doing alright for themselves.

I watched a couple of episodes when there was nothing else on. Its much better than the crappy British versions.

Sanjaya was terrible! Whats wrong with Michael Jackson?

By the way, how are the British versions? I am just curious.  There so many versions around the world.

Rubbish! The auditions are the best part cause there sooo funny. Its full of pop wanabes, american idol has descent singers.
