Sorry to be late on this guys but i watch some of it. What a first round. How did Matt Linaert get selected the 10th pick. I think the best selection was bye the Titian's. Vince Young and Lendell White. What an offence. How will Reggie Bush stick against the NFL D? HE looked good against weak defences with Trojans but what about the NFL. We will see.

Sorry guy, but I'm in big time dissagreement with you on this one. Vince Young is at least 3 years away from doing anything remotely close to contributing in the NFL at quarterback. Just being able to run around only lands you on the DL in this league, just ask Micheal Vick.  He also got practically the lowest score in history on the wunderlick intelligence test given to all potential draft picks, which is the equivilent of being retarded. How is he supposed to understand and run an NFL offense if he can't barely read the playbook?

Lendell White is a thug who will either wind up in jail or be suspended for failing a drug test by his second season. There is a reason he was passed over by so many teams. His attitude just plain sucks, he tore a hamstring in the college off season and tried to hide it from all the scouts by not showing up at the combine, and failed a drug test at USC pro day.

Finally, HOW did Matt Lineart last till the 10th pick? Because he's a noodle armed left handed quarterback who was the product of one of the greatest college teams in history. Can't wait to see what he can do without Reggie Bush, Mike Williams, USC's Superior offensive line & Pete Carrol to hold his hand. I was so happy the Jets passed on him that I did a little dance.

I agree on the first statements regarding Young etc but, Leinart is gonna be a great.

Well, Jamie, he might be. But Arizona is gonna have to do a lot of work to build up a team around him because he's just not the type of qb that can get it done by himself. He will throw short accurate passes and rely on his recievers and backs to make the plays once he gets them the ball.

I'm gonna go out on the limb here and say this - I predict the Jets 2nd round qb pick - Kelly Clements from Oregon, will wind up being a better NFL qb than Leinart. This kid has ALL the tools, can make ALL the throws, and is a mobile qb who can avoid the rush and step up in the pocket to buy time. The only reason he was not the top rated qb coming into the draft (yes even over Leinart) was that he was hurt and missed half the season. He had passed for 19 TD's & only 4 INT, for close to 3000 yards in only 6 games. He is now fully recovered and will be able to sit and learn for at least a year without the pressure of coming in and being "the savior" that Leinart faces.

Wow Marlboroprojects is going hardcore on me. Take it easy. Dont mean to sound like a kiss up but Marlboro i agree of what you said about Kelly Clements. I searched his stats when he playing his fianl year. And LOOK at his numbers. Amazing. How will Jake Cutler do In Denver Marlboro

Don't mind me my friend, I'm not going hardcore on anyone, it's just that the Jets had such a high pick this year that I really checked out everyone at the top of the draft cause Jets fans have been argueing over who they should have taken (and are still argueing) since the season ended.

Like Clements, I think Cutler will have a good career & benefit from not having to come right in & play. He can sit behind Plummer for a season or two & learn the game instead of having to learn on the fly. He has a gun though, from film I've seen of him.

Yea  i feel you Marlboro. I was watching the recap and the Vikings got a Great QB but i forgot his name. They were saying he can read the D and fake them but that is the same thing they said about Alex Smith.
