The earthquake game?

I remember, about three years ago, reading Playstation Magazine and seeing a preview of an upcoming game. It was about a horrible earthquake that hit a major city. You played a photographer who had to escape the city and in the process take pictures and save other survivors. It looked really cool, but I don't know if it was ever released. Hell, I don't even remember the title of it.

Yes its called SOS the final escape it wasnt a very big hit and findind it might be quite hard.
