Ajax oil painting

A while ago, Trixter requested a portait of Ajax. Anyone on here that knows me well, knows it takes me ages to finish a project. Usually I work in pencil, but I aquired some free oil paint not too long ago and decided to try my hand.

Ive had to use a photo of the painting, as its a bit too large to fit on my scanner (plus my scanners acting up). Finally....its finished.

DUDE..This is so "Fill in The Blank" Cool..

Your attention to detail is amazing,
I wish James Remar could see it
He would probably hang it up in his Living Room
Superb Job..

what's sillier? the fake compliment, or the unintended irony of the eye rolling?

It's not been viewable on this thread for well over a year (the image hosting site I used, ceased to exist).
The painting is floating around somewhere on deviant art.
