I make an appeal to you, guys.
Judging sigs or avatars made by this forum users, I think we must be honest.
There are a lot of sigs defined "awesome" or "good" etc. etc. but there are NOT so. We must say the truth otherwise people think to be on the right way. To improve ourselves the truth is needed.

Well, in that case, your sig is awful. I hate it. The people on the bottom, I mean, every single one's head is cut out very very poorly.

okay ill be more strict from now on
everyone should give constructive criticism
but not slag them off
and doyles sig isn't awful its a great idea and its hot sure maybe the cuts are a lil bit rough but its awesome

About time someone said it. My psp7 sigs are so terrible!! And Toon, just cause I said his sig is awful (which I still find true, I'm not going to say I like it just cause you do, like most people do), that doesn't mean I think mine are good. And by the way, yes, the idea of his is infact great. But the cutting.. wow.

Toon you really can't say that because everyone has flaws in every sig, I haven't seen a signature yet that doesn't have a flaw or someone doesn't like it. I'll straight up admited YOUR signatures sometimes I dislike and sometimes I don't everyone has flaws even you! Plus Doyle also asked for a truthful opinion and Jigsaw just told him how he felt, maybe this past experience will help Doyle make better signatues.

Hey ok man, if you hate my sig you're right to tell me that, may be it's not very accurate.
My post is only to "resize" all coments about images and not to trigger a war. All critics are welcome but they must be constructive (CUBS) and not distructive.
More of some pic is a scribble and someone said that's awesome so I asked to express the truth.

I can understand your frustration when posters don't read and follow the rules, but aren't you breaking one of the rules and going against something you actually said when you make posts like the ones you've made in this thread?

Incidentally, to keep this on topic, I agree that some signatures (and some posts, and some fan fiction entries) are better than others. Not everybody can be the best. That's where, like Cubs suggested, constructive criticism comes in.

Your suggestions don't seem to be constructive, Kartoon. And that's kind of sad, considering how many people on this forum admire your artistic ability.

i agree here as well the? only way anyone can ever improve on this forum is if there told the truth and are given constructive criticism so this would be my comment on doyles sig:

the idea and concept is fantastic and the outlined walking warriors and cleon look great but you could improve it by making the edges around the cuts at the bottom smoother.

stuff like that needs to be said dont just say its awesome or good when it clearly isn't tell them whats good whats bad and what they could improve. and if its really really bad dont completely slag them off tell them and then help them!!!!

so this is how it has to be from now on be honest, constructive but dont slag off.

and im sure after we start doing this EVERYONE will start making better art.

I totally agree, Some people make something pretty bad and then 15 "Thats Awesome!"'s come behind it. Thats ok but cmon, be truthful. Say whats good what bad and what could be improved.

Wow, guys come on calm it. I dont really like commenting on sigs because I dont know the first thing about them, but of course everyone has flaws. Now lets not fall fall out here about this, its all about a comment made by doyle, which is totally true of course , about being honest, but I think this has gotten way out of hand. So why dont we all just calm down, and get on with it. Remember most people who voted in my poll 'Why is this Forum so good', and most people said 'Friendly Members' lets not let that slip away now.
