i went to change my picture and i cant. Mods, can you help me? i'd really appreiciate it, has any one else had this problem? i cant seem to upload sigs either. i dont know if this is the place to posts this but this has to do sigs and stuff so i figured what the heck. someone please help! i'm frustrated with this and dont know what to do. any help will be greatly appreiciated.

You know what i can upload sigs but i cant put a new picture there it just wont let me.
