How far back are we talkin' about going? Curtis Mayfield and Isaac Hayes are legends 8). I don't think there's anything I don't like by either of them, "Walk on By" is my favorite Isaac Hayes song and "Supa Fly" and "Move on Up" are two songs I'll never get tired of.

Another old school group I like is Parliament. With songs like "Mothership Connection" and "Flashlight"...classic 8). Plus they were the inspiration fog Dr. Dre when he created G-Funk. Who knows what The Chronic would've been like without them.
