The Music Version of WALDO..

Post by Tantive7 »

OK KITTENS..
It's time to play a fun little game..
Observe this picture

Image

The object of the game,is to simply identify How many bands you can reconize in This Strange Picture..
Find the 72 Bands competition is the cleverest piece of marketing I have seen in ages.

Have Fun..
I cannot wait to see your answers

Damn, that's a strange picture... and after 10 minutes of staring at it I realised what some more of the names were... So far I've got:

The Eagles
Gorillaz
White Snake
Alice In Chains
Guns N Roses
Scissor Sisters

and that's IT!  :doubt: This is gonna be one of them things that leads to me kicking myself.
Hold your tongue...

Scurvy Dog wrote: Tantive - you said this was a marketing piece. I am guessing from the Virgin label in the illustration (and the lack of other label logos) that all of the artists record on the Virgin label? Is that a clue?

Some of the details are small, but here's a few I think I saw:

Matchbox 20
Nine Inch Nails
Smashing Pumpkins

Actually,It's not just Virgin Artist but all Artist..I see
The Doors
U2
Pet Shop Boys
Led Zeppelin
The Rolling Stones
Blur
Guns and Roses
The Pixies
The Gorillaz
Alice in Chains
Smashing Pumpkins
Scissor Sisters
Whitesnake
The Eagles
Jefferson Airplane
Matchbox 20
The Sex Pistols
Queen
Green Day
The Beach Boys
Black Flag
The Police
Dead Kennedys
Garbage
Velvet Underground

I cannot wait to see what else People see?

Are those M&M's just above the Matchbox 20 thing? If so, then Eminem! Or is it strictly bands only?! Another definite band I can see is 'Garbage' (the spilt over rubbish bin). It's got to be...

*UPDATE* - T, you gotta add 'Radiohead' to your list, man. See that guy on the zebra crossing, right near the middle?! That's got to be Radiohead.  :D Oh yes, I'm goooood.

And I know we've said 'Gorillaz', but what about 'The Monkees'?
