i have unlocked 169 out off 300 odd , but i have completed story but still got lots of things too unlock so .......how i unlock them

Check the tv in your hideout. It'll tell you what you've missed in the missions. Mostly, you just need to spray over all the burners and meet the high score requirements for the levels. This is easy if you're going after the spray-painting, because you get a 1000 point bonus for flawless tags.
