Sure.

Tackle your opponent to the ground. When you are on top, Press R1, Then it's like mugging, Get the blue bar to the end.

Well I've read most of the book, because when I get bored, I like to read game booklets...it may seem weird, but they are actully quite interesting, and you can learn some things from them.
