Can't get every cheat to work...

hi, i've got a few cheats to work, but when i try e.x the 100% complete cheat it just won't work...

Any idea of why it isn't working?

Uh, whats the cheat you have, and where and when are you trying to enter it?

I try to enter the code when i'm just messing around in Coney and when I'm on a mission (Payback)

BTW: I've got the game on Xbox..

Hmmm, not too sure bout the X-Box code, I entered mine between missions, like when you can exit the hangout and do bonus objectives. Try it then.

Once u complete level 3, when u go into the hangout, enter the cheat and talk 2 Vermin 2 start the Blackout mission. Once u complete the mission, instead ov Cleon, Swan will walk in and go 2 the TV and it will say u have 100%! That's what I did(PS2),but u can do it whenever ur in da Hangout! When u do it on a mission, it will stop and u'll be at the Hangout with everything done!
