What's the system over in the USA by the way? In the UK, games are either not rated (though an advisory age is stamped on them by PEGI) else they are 15 or 18 and rated by the same people who rate movies in the UK (BBFC).
GTA San Andreas came out as an 18 and remained an 18 after Hot Coffee.
I think this game will attract a lot of dad's so any young kids will still be able to play it!
