This is the real version of the peice on the trains for Level 13: All City
Out of all Tracy 168's peices why would Rockstar put this one in the game? Well in a video I saw this peice and words appeared and it said The Warrior 168. Maybe he name his peice this and because of this Rockstar put it in the game? I don't know.

Yeah it does. This is the guy they used as a tagger in the game that was responsible for those burners.

No he wasn't in the game but think about it, Rockstar needed to use actual taggers to design the way the tags would be put down in the game and this guy was one of them. So they don't use him as a character but as a thanks (Other than paying him) the graphics team put a personalised tag in the game.

Thats also very possible. I actually never noticed the Electric Eliminators leaders name...but wasn't that on the Moonrunners Turf?

Yeah, good point, man. Tracy 168 - Tracer (from Electric Eliminators). It's similar. But yeah, I think he was one of the real graffiti artists that were creating pieces for the game.
