They're running a feature this week on the gangs that are to be in the game. It looks like Rockstar has come up with at least one original gang, The Destroyers, who are going to be an early rival to The Warriors. On the other hand, it's great to see them digging so deep as to bring in the ultra obscure gangs like The Jones Street Boys. They're obviously as big a fanatics as anyone here.

Oh, and what's more? Can it be The Lizzies?

Rockstar gives us just enough info to keep us on the edge of our seats without giving to much away...the Lizzies are going to be right in the middle of the action...the Punks look hard core...the Jones Street boys well, look kinda gay...one thing Rockstar shouldn't show us is the Riff's and the Rogue's...I wanted to see the Furies but after I did it took away some of the anticipation...I believe the same thing would happen if one or both were shown...having said that I can't wait to see what Rockstar will show us next 8)

So the Jones Street Boys are the guys in the blacka nd yellow kidsshitrs. So rich wankers looking for a cheap thrill? Sound like some guys I've actually rumbled with in the past.

Also, since the Saracens were mentioned we know they'll be in too. However it also said the The Destroyers were the ONLY gang Rockstar made up. I was actually hoping for some of Rockstars creativity to flow here

Well, it's the only gang rockstar creates from scratch, but that doesn't mean they might "invent" names/backstories for some of the unnamed gangs.

This is great, so many different gangs in this game. remember the old games like double dragon where you pummeled the same clone throughout the whole game? must've been twins...er, a couple of times.

I'm looking forward to the instruction booklet too; i took the ads/pictures and such from 2 of each GTA booklets, cut them out, pasted them on paper and laminated it, makes for a nice binder insert. rockstar does the best ones, since the pictures and such are in color, and there's plenty stuffed in for me to use.
