The Hi-Hats, known for there painted faces, these "evil mimes" are led by Chatterbox, a stuttering, overweight, self-proclaimed art aficionado / pseudo-intellectual who shares his soldiers' penchant for face paint.
I had to post this...when I saw it I couldn't stop laughing The Hi-Hats looked pretty tough but Chatterbox throws this out the window...also did you notice the Wonder Wheel in the background, what are they doing on Warrior turf

As the saying goes..if the mountain doesn't come to you....

at first I was gonna say it doesn't say wonder wheel but just wonder thrills, but then I saw the HEEL underneath all camoflouge'd.

It's probably a trap for the warriors.

I think the High Hats are going to be comical in the game. There's a video on IGN, I believe, where The Warriors are fighting them during an ambush, and every time a High Hat is knocked to the ground, he makes a funny little "Aaah!" noise.

on the left is a neon-sign pointing to a direction for Wonder Wheel.. it says "Wonder Thrills Wheel" - and for the background with all the woods is the Cyclone rollercoaster.

perhaps they are invading the warriors turf in that pic but coney dose seem the right kinda of place for a gang of evil clowns too hang out at

THE WARRIORS HAVE BEEN INVITED TO A GRAFFITI CONTEST IN SOHO(ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER GANGS INCLUDING THE ELECTRIC ELIMINATORS). IT TURNS OUT TO BE A TRAP PLOTTED BY CHATTERBOX SO HE CAN WASTE HIS ENEMYS.
