Im not a fanatic of either.

PS2 has better controller but I think I might get the Xbox version especially if I plan on getting a Xbox360 later on, cause I have zero interest in PS3 and there are some Xbox360 exclusive games I want and they come this year.

Im thinking the PS2 version cause I have 2 controllers and the system doesnt take much space carrying it around over to someone's house. although my PS2 lately has been having some loading problems but I think it will run fine.

but then if I get PS2 version, I would have to buy Xbox version at some point once I trade it in for a Xbox360.
and I kinda hate owning 2 systems at once. I think I'll settle with one by the end of the year.

both versions of The Warriors will be the same. it's just the controls that will be different.

what are the controlls again? what concerns me the most are what the triggers do cause the white and black buttons on Xbox have to be reached to put them to use, whereas shoulder buttons, all 4 of them are ready and your fingers are right there.

so its either buy PS2 version. and buy Xbox version so I can play it on Xbox360 (100 bucks). or buy Xbox version, and buy an extra controller.

To be honest I prefer the Playstation 2 maily because of the pad
some people see this as little importance but it is one hell of a problem with some games.
if you are defently getting an Xbox 360 than you should probably go with the Xbox because if you play on it alot there is no point switching consoles every time you want to play it.

The x box controller is fine once u get used to it. I think the ps2 one is too wee.

I REALLY don't like the XBox controller, to me the PS2 controller will always be the best, it's the most balanced and durable.

yeah the xbox controller is best for first person shooters. I notice it sucks for fighting games.

It's the user that's clumsy not the controller.

Well that is true, but it takes about a week to get used to the controller, unlike the playstation 2.

It depends what controller you like better. IGN said the graphics are no better on either version.

IGN said the graphics are more washed out on the XBOX but apart from that they are similar. I think the PS2 may edge ahead in this case.

Sweet! I own a PS2 and for once the graphics might be better than XBox, and wouldn't you know it, it's for The Warriors 8)

Well, the PS2 doesn't support high resolution output like HD and 1080 so if the xbox version has that option it should look better on an HD display. Does anyone know?
