The game let you create a gang and design the costumes, the names, gang members...and then let you fight it out with the other gangs from the film.

Anyone agree?

we've done this and said it would be cool i dunno where the thread is but its out there, "all we gotta do is figure out a way to go steal it"

Yeah, And if it was online you can find real persons who wnat to join your gang

i have been hoping for these things,and whether or not you get to play as other gangs in the game.but after reading play magazine i think that the chances of this are rather slim.

ya the whole idea of you being able to join a gang online would be insane. i think half of the people on this site should be working for rockstar lol

Yepp i agree !

Of course it's a great idea. Another cool idea would be that you're allowed to have a 9 person gang and as you wonder the streets you can recruit those not affliated but ready to rumble into your gang and expand your name and turf.

this sounds good but realistically all games have their limitations when it comes to creation tools. look at even the wrestling games. games like Smackdown vs. Raw have excellent creation tools but it's still severely lacking, especially in the hairstyles department. how could there be 10+ ponytail variations and not one of them have bangs I'm looking for? lol.

as for online, that would be tough having individual players serve as gangmembers. what would you do if hardly any gang member shows up? every other group will gang up on you. lol. it's kind of like MMORPGs, it takes a long time, possibly even over an hour to get a group together.

I like what Rockstart is doing with the gang feature for the game, making the majority CPU controlled yet you can still command them. what I wonder is if it'll support at least 2 players offline.

I haven't heard anything about online. I dont recall a Rockstar game that's online anyway. it's better to focus on the offline features anyway. like unlockable characters/gangs, the fighting system, etc. etc.

It whould be cool if.. the cop can takte you. and you can't play with that soldier for 20 days and the time is like gta..

oh I see what you mean, arrested/knocked out soldiers are unplayable/commandable for a certain period of time. yeah that would be pretty interesting.

especially since I heard all of your gang members have health bars, so if they are not eliminated, they'll definitely be temporarily unavailable for sometime.

Man,I just want to jump turnstyles,Tagup,beat up some Punks,and Hit Home-runs on some Furies,and at the same time scare the Prom Couple,and I hope the details,of Coney Island are acurate? I want to see The Nathan's stand and all..We shall soon see when the game comes out!! I'm way to excited,cause I live this movie!!

yeah and what's even great is that you are actually a part of a gang.

this is not going to be a boring one man war type of thing. you actually have a crew that follows and helps beat up other gangs and stuff. big Brawls are really sweet!!!

hopefully you can play as anyone, even in the very beginning. it would be cool if there was a member switch feature that lets you switch characters in real-time.

and hopefully the buddy gang members a.i. are aggressive too. c
ause I didn't like how in games like The Bouncer, your a.i. partners were sooooo slow in doing anything. they would just like stand there in front of an enemy for like 5-10 seconds at a time, blocking or striking once occasionally. lol! it was messed up.

ya lets just find a way to find Tom McKitterick and raise Rembradt from the dead and we got ourselves a great game and a remake that wont totally suck
