I do not like some things for instance how Ajax calls all the other guys faggots just cause they wouldn`t make out (or more) a woman that was in the park ( who ened up being a undercover cop) is wrong

Not to sound like a jerk but you have to remember when this was made .1979 .So really , think about it for a couple of minutes , back then homosexuality was not as accepted as it is now (or as much) . Also Ajax is supposed to be a wise cracking street kid with a very bad attitude, not a upperclass type with a forgiving demeanor. His ignorance is a major part of his character.

I understand your opinion but it is what it is , a movie.

yeah i have to agree with JD. it was 1979 and his ignorance was a major part of Ajax's character traits. i also generally cringe at that word (more than most of my gay friends even) but still love Ajax. the undercover cop scene has earned a bad rap for a lot of people on here for a bunch of reasons. mainly because it meant the end of Ajax. you should check out the other threads regarding this scene.
