it was on the news here tonight that some kids (17-18) were caught on a security camera beating homeless people with bats. people are trying to blame this on the game now. i think it was in California. my roommate saw it and hurried to tell me knowing my Warriors obsession. anyone else hear about this?

Well this is just like that one guy on the forum who apparently spray-painted a bunch of red W's all over some warehouses.

poeple like them that are the reason games get banned, the idiots. No better than that kid who fired a shotgun into moving traffic and blamed it on GTA.

You like your game, then make sure no one has reason to take it away.

Well, if it's not video games, it's movies, or TV, or cartoons, or comics, or wrestling, as long as the media can find a link between something in pop culture and real life they have a way to cast the blame for how violent our society has become. Really it doesn't take anything to make someone act in a completely ruthless and violent manner. Two guys were angry, picked up some baseball bats, and started to walk.

These are just some stupid kids that had nothing better to do, probably high school dropouts. Hmm...... I wonder if they had mental problems

i hate it everytime this happens, im sick of people blaming crimes they have done on games, moreoftenthannot, games by rockstar, goddam it annoys me, cant they think of a better excuse than to just say 'well, i saw it on a game'

Yes this gets on my nerves, people act as if when you play a violet game you will become an axe swinging head hunter just because of it. Jeeze, if your going to ban games you should probolly go to the local movie store and take basically every action film off the rack too. Man some people get on my nerves.

Not do deviate from the subect too much, but Manhunt's back in shops, has been for a while. Tons of preowned copies around too.
