Why is there paint dealers in Coney but u cant spray anything?

You can use paint as a weapon just in case you ever stir up troube in Coney.
It may not be as effective, but that's just my thought.

For an Xbox push y+b and you'll "blind" them with paint.

Anyone else find this weird. I know it was made in '79 and most likley takes place after that but paint nowadays dosent cost $5 unless you buy the REALLY good kind.  And Flash which is LSD would definatley cost more than 4X the price of paint.

from what i know people refer to lsd as flash but it could be a name for other drugs too.

Get it staight LSD is a hallucinegen which causes false sicadellic images to form i the mind! im not tryin to make anyone feel dumb or to make myself seem hi- tec or smart/pompous in any way, i just like to inform my fellow Warrior fans  . now, if yer wondering what flash is, it is a stimulant... wether it be crack, "coke", or a friggen energy drink . i think it is "coke" because it has a reputation of being from columbia as accasionally youll hear a flash dealer explaining "this is pure columbian flash." as far as price goes ,the word on the street is $20 an ounce i'm not sure cuz i dont play with that crap! see ya learn somethin' every day  !

i always thought that, flash was a drug made up for the game eg: a new healing drug or something.

I looked it up on the UD and it says that flash is 70's slang for speed

I though it was just another R* invention!  :p
Anyway, Tagging Coney...
The spray dealer is there because you need him on Rembrandt's mission (the one where he has to finish the burner out back before going off to the Hi-Hats turf). After that, he's just there for the sake of it. Pretty useless coz there are no tags to be found in Coney Turf. 

has anyone noticed that some of the dealers are from the Black Hand gang?

yeah i noticed that too.
it´s pretty wierd cause they are gang members they should be wasting each other not selling drugs 

every warrior can use the spray as a weapon in ps2  is pressing circle and triangle
and in the movie you can see a guy at the big meeting with a shirt with the unionjack on it
this guy is a flash dealer too in the game
