that is actually the original art work from the movie cover. I think it is the artwork that got revoked after the movie caused some controversy with all the violence in the theaters when it was released

It's the original movie poster, but I think he means why do people look different to how they do in the actual movie and game. I'm thinking that it was an early design, done before the looks were finalised, and probably before all the actors were chosen. There's only a few who look like they do in the final movie.

Swan- Here he has a red bandana and blue jeans.
Cleon- Although here he has blue jeans and a brown headress.
The Baseball Furies.
The Turnbull AC's- Except that they're wearing leather jackets in this picture.

There is a female gang in grey jackets and red hats, probably an early Lizzies concept, and a group who look like Rogues, still in black with Village People hats, but with purple T shirts under their jackets.

Impossible. How would they get some of the actors faces into the artwork. It must have been done after the auditioning. Cowboy is also in the picture. right above cochise. Here is another drawing, probalby after the one we are talking about. This one has Snow and Walter Hill in it too. http://warriorsmovie.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=5616.0

Pay attention to what I wrote. Before ALL the actors were chosen. I don't see anyone who stands out as being Cochise or Cowboy, I do see Snow though he's wearing a Cleon style headress. There are a couple who we can only guess at who they were intended to be.

The picture we're talking about though is the original movie poster, and there are a few differences between these two pictures. Walter Hill does not appear in the poster for example.
