weird thing i noticed on writers showdown

well on the mission writers showdown chatterbix injurs scopes and throws him off the building when you have to open up the elevator ans run to it chatterbox is on the bottem bit of scaffolding but when you have to throw bricks at him after going up the elevator he is on the top bit of scaffolding......i just thought i d point it out ..anyone else notice this
