I found on the real heavy rep level, when you are fighting orphans at the clinic if you look in the windows at the building left from the fight, a woman will be watching you. I threw a brick at her and she didnt get up, it was quite funny to me.

In that level? 

I saw it in the one level where you play as Cowboy and you have to set up the Jones Street Boys (can't remember the name of the level) but you can do the same. There is like either one or two times you can do it. Different streets.
