mudvayne baseball furies

not sure if any of you have seen this...but there a heavy kinda rock band called mudvayne and i just saw a shirt that made me think of u guys

at the bottom its them kinda lookin like the baseball furies, i just thought it was kinda cool

ya man i saw a bunch of there merchandise at this shop but i wanst sure the band. do you think you need rights to do that

as for rights, chances are they'd have to buy rights.

ya my guess is you need the rights.

or there may be some kinda royaltie fee. im in music alot of times we end up paying out for other stuff. peoples ideas, to sample the movie scarface on a song they charge you so much per second and then charge you per unit. so it may be somthing like that. charge ypu per peice you put out. plus a cut of what you make.

or maybe they just forget it and did it anyway. that band is know for there crazy facepaint and stuff. maybe there just risking it.....and tryin to get away withit, which they MIGHt be able to....except the can you dig it....on the back ties it right to the movie. so i guess i doubt that

If they alter it just enough they could probably get away with it, so long as it's not a blatent ripe off of the original, just "influenced" by it (a lot).
