i almost forgot coney77..
where broadway junction in the 70s? how do i get there from MANHATTEN what subway line?
id really like to check this out.
what about the scene just before that when they run for cover from rain..is this the same location?
id trip out if "AL" is still there on the wall in white paint

Sorry I did not post that picture. I just wanted to know exactly where it was.( Like the name of the street)If you want to go to Broadway Juntion from Manhattan, Take the A, J or L  train. The Turnbull scene was filmed under the J train tracks and the cemetery is next to the L train.

those are really good pics...i'm still alittle lost where that is when its raining...I believe I know the location to where they met the Orphans and what station they ran up to catch the train...it has to be New Utrecht station (D, M, N lines)...I was on the D train the other day and I noticed that the train station is exactly the same as when they were running from the Orphans...I wouldn't be surprised if thats the area they met the Orphans...and the station is both local and express

if you don't believe me anybody who lives in New York...take the D to New Utrecht

No you're right about that station but the street was up in Queens.

I've been in contact with a guy called Jim who was able to find the exact spot in the graveyard where the scene was filmed - check here.

The flagpole and the crypt off to the diagonal right is supposedly where the scene was shot.

Hey all...I found a picture of the station that the Warriors run to after they think the Orphans were running after them...kinda looks the same and I don't think its been reconstructed...the other is the picture of the train used in the Warriors picture...same station...but this a picture of the train being used on a daily basis...I tried to find pictures of the scene in the beginning of the movie with the train coming into the station...I'm still looking :p

does anybody know where that view was shot before Swan says "this is what we fought all night to get back to"...and it wasn't Coney Island/Stillwell Ave station view...I've been there and haven't seen that same view

As for the location that the Warriors were in when it rained is in Bushwick area/East NY after Broadway Junction...the best thing to do is to take the L train to Bushwick Ave./Aberdeen St..I found that the location is on Cook Ct. left of Bushwick Ave...hope this picture helps
