Man! That's twice.  I thought I was coming in with ground breaking news.  ](*,) I just found it.  I think that character is an amalgum of Rembrandt and a Turnbull.  Because of the vest.

It's very hard to tell who it is holding it..i own the ultimate directors cut and i have also seen that chain...it actualyy looks like snow..but the face has features like snow..dunnooo..tuff one

That's because you can't see it! It's hidden behind Walter Hill, but I can't find the shot where you can see it.
I think the guy behind Swan is Vermin, not Cowboy because theres not a hat on him. And there is no dought that is Rembrant holding the chain I just dont know why, but if you think about it. At the end of the movie Swan tells everyone to get paked, so the chain could be the weapon that Rembrant got. :-k
