Here is a tune from a not very well known band called (Gamma.) This song called Razor King I always felt that it would have been the best song ever if it would have made The Warriors soundtrack. This song came out about 79ish. Its about gang life in the era of the Warriors. Its sort of about the story of Cyrus. How this tune ever got missed for the Warriors soundtrack There is a Warriors reference in the video. Yes its sort of groovy but it is 79. Listen to the words. Ha, ha...  When I saw the name of this thread, Sully came to mind, the way he threatened the Warriors with that barber's razor.

Listened to it on the youtube. Intense. Would have fit in with the movie, except that it didn't come out until like 20 years after the movie. Check it out anyways, guys!

The song Razor King by Gamma was released in 1979. I bought the RECORD then.  This would have been a great song for the credits. IMO it tells the story of Cyrus. The rise and fall of the leader of the largest NY gang.
