Look on p. 41. There's an insert photo of Olivia Newton-John and M. Beck as part of a small article on Xanadu.

Xanadu is a Good Movie, but why Michael Beck/Xanadu???
I mean why not Michael Beck/The Warriors???
Yeah, OK Olivia Newton-John and the 80s... but... if you know what I Mean.

My question's the same as yours. Never seen Xanadu, but read a little about the plot. By the appearance of his character, which I saw in that pic.... nah... that ain't Mike. He's a Brooklyn boy, who's disadvantaged, very likely from a broken home, who found a brotherhood of 120, plus affiliates.
The Warriors was just less than year shy of making that decade. SHOOT!
