I was going to post the relevant text for ya, but it's a trailer for a bicycle race, in which you form gangs of four

it's based on a kind of borderline illegal racing known as alleycat racing, in which teams of bicycle messengers have to make it to various checkpoints, as quickly (read: recklessly) as possible.

And, since it's messengers, the chant is couriers come out to play!
