Maybe it's freshly done, sometimes a new tattoo looks like it's infected.

no my second tat looked like this right after it was done i need to get it fixed up because of the messed up lines (he just started tattooing, i was the 9th person he tattood)

That's why all my tattoos were done by a friend who's a professional, experienced tattoo artist. DOn't want to risk with things like that.

wish i wasnt wanting another one so bad now i have to go to a professional and get the stuff fixed up and with color
