Hey Y'all! Newbie here. GREAT site! Guess what? When Swan, Ajax and Snow are running from the Furies and stop on the street when Ajax says, "Did we lose these f*cking clowns..." that's my apartment window! That's 100th street between West End ave. and Riverside Drive and one of my windows is in the shot, (has black iron bars in front of it) When I moved there 7 yrs. ago I was psyched, "Dudes! My window's in "The Warriors"!!!!!!!

I have since sublet it and moved to Cali. for awhile. Miss NYC though....

Welcome...it's always nice to have new blood around here...especially new blood that has lived in one of the film locations!!! That's too damn cool man!!!

Just out of curiosity, what's that neighborhood like around there? In the movie it's kind of hard to tell...

If we're back in NYC, DEFINITELY party on 100th st. !!!!!

It's the building just to the left of the beer bottle. You can't see it in that pic. but can in the movie still. My window has black iron bars on it. Bldg. is 325. ground floor apt.

easier to see here. U can JUST see the black bars on my window in the far left. Better shot would be when they are conversing and when the Furies run by. The 'hood was PRETTY funky back when they shot this. Now, everything west of B'way is yuppie-ville. B'way is a bit of a divider. That is 2 blocks east. The fireman's monument they run by looked real run down through the 80's but they completely restored it and it looks great now. Also, the "96th st. station" exterior is actually the west 72nd st. station. I grew up on 67th st. so when I saw the film for the 1st time, I was like, "HEY!"

Wow, that's cool, having your appartment in the movie. I know if I lived there I'd be looking out the window every night, hoping to see the Warriors run past with the Furies chasing them, so I could run out and help them. That's how deluded and obsessed with this movie I am.
