assuming you're talking about an easily-misled individual, and not a big lollipop, how about something like:

chump, dupe, fool, gull, patsy, sap, stooge

I meant "SUCKER" from the "Can you count SUCKERS" line and I know the meaning of that "SUCKER".
Been on Urban Dictionary, but there ain't any synonyms over there.
Could somehow "BASTARD" be a good synonym?

Anyway, thanks man, thanks you.

I think 4nster covered most possible synonyms pretty well for that word.
I would choose "chump", if you want something with that 70's flavor. You
might also go with "turkey". ;)

I understand and 4nik8's post is helpful too.
At this point my question is about what Cyrus said. "Can you count suckers."
I mean, when you say "sucker", as Cyrus said just in that context, is it a sort of compliment or not?

It is most definitely not a compliment

My take has always been that he's insulting them as a motivational tactic

As if to say that they've not been going about it the right way, but are they now willing to change...

Perfect man, this is what I thought about.
I got this doubt cause in Italy sometimes we say a bad word like a sort of compliment... I think you understand what I mean.
Bastard for example is one of those words.
Anyway, take a look on UD...
http://www.urbandictionary.com/
... there's an interesting "other" meaning for "sucker".
# 12.

I think when Cyrus calls them "suckers", he means it in a fatherly sort
of way, but it is definitely not a compliment. He is saying they are suckers
for being duped by the system, and killing each other over little bits of
turf, and filling up "The Man's" jails.

As for your other question, it's all in how you say it, right? I could call my
best friend a dumbass or a loser or a jerk-off, and I could mean it affectionately
in a certain situation, where I am kidding around.

Generally tho,a "sucker" is not a good thing to be. It's not like bro or homey
or buddy, nor is it really like saying "Oh...you crazy bastard...ha ha ha!"
