ccWizard was selling them last year. Not sure if she still does them now. This company claims to sell them but i'm under the impression you'ld have to buy a minimum ammount http://www.patches4less.com/baseball.htm

You can try ebay seller Satansmothers09 and see if you can work something out. Personally, i'd just buy the complete jersey from this seller and save a lot of hassle.

not to mention that the price is relatively low enough to have no qualms about removing the patch
