I got the patch made. Below is the sample made that they sent a pic of. I’ll post pics of the actual patch that I receive. I’m very happy with the outcome.
That's a good size as well. There's too many under-sized patches on the market.
Just remember, if you decide to wear it, don't go snitching on assassins with pistols. Run away instead.
Is the lettering chenille technique or is it a photo print of the texture?

They are a great patch maker. It took a couple of samples to get the grey background color right and they did them no problem. Their website is below if anyone wants to use them.
I know you are in contact with Mr. Gazaal (the patch maker) any chance we can get an Alley Cats screen accurate patch? We have the original art. I think we are pretty sure on the construction (correct me if I’m wrong).
THE BORDER (BLACK) is a Merrowed edge
THE BACKGROUND (GRAY or a WHITE that the “dirtied”) is SATIN
THE CAT (BLACK) is FELT
THE RAT (GRAY) is FELT
THE EYES (GREEN & YELLOW), TEETH AND CLAWS (WHITE) and BLOOD (RED) IS EMBROIDERED
ALLEY CATS AND 13 (ORANGE) IS CHENILLE
It would be good to have a new option (we haven’t in YEARS) besides the standards (WARRIORS, FURIES, ROGUES) or ones we asked for (MOONRUNNERS, SATANS MOTHERS)
I dont think you'll get it (construction wise) exactly how you want it. His patch designs are sent to a 3rd party and tend to be the same stitch throughout.
Im still trying to figure out what the howitzers patch design is. The top part looks like the jaw line from the dungeons and dragons logo.
He has an accurate turnbull patch design, of which we are waiting for the prototype

I reached out to another patch maker for this. See how much and if they can do it. Because it’s so many different materials and they were hand made, it’s much harder for patch companies to do this.
