I think this will be the hardest to do; i would like to see the Moon runners.  you cant clearly see it in the movie, but the moon is stabbing himself (or running through).  It doesnt have legs like the rockstar version.

Im not the biggest fan of the electric eliminators logo.  I always thought it was a bit lacking in detail to make a good patch. A T-shirt on the other hand might work.

Eh, I don't remember being snotty, but I do remember saying a jacket for the Eliminators would be a very expensive item that a few people would actually buy.  However, the cost on a patch is much cheaper, and that way people could always go and find a satin yellow jacket that would work for them. 

And what 'big meeting idea' are you referring to?  I'm confused.

Naw, it just dawned on me what you were talking about.  The big Warriors meet in Coney was not planned by me, but by my employer, months before I posted about it, much less knew about it.  Can't help it if great minds think alike. 

Sorry if you thought we threw together a big 2000+ attendee and city-wide scavenger hunt with 7 actors from the film together on short notice, in August of 2006, just because some people were thinking about doing it in 2009...but that's crediting me with more tenacity than I'm capable of.  But thanks, though!

And seriously, if you're using SHM's reaction to me as a social barometer on what ettiquite is, you may need to re-evaluate your benchmarks.

BTW, SHM is super cool, but even he'll admit he's quite the muckracker.

While I’m pointing out what I think are your bad points I do, think you have good points like the effort you put into making authentic vests and the way you send commission to the site. Yes I have my faults also and If I don’t like something I have to say something.

It’s all cool though and I don’t have a problem with you and people are free to defend themselves against my onslaughts.

i think alexfugazi is doing the the fans a great service but lets be real alex, you're cashing in on the so called fans. 
yeah yeah, no one is forcing anyone to buy your vests but please don't come here making it sound like its all for us when its mostly for you.  you wouldn't do it for free, and you cetainly wouldn't do it for a small profit. 

thats the part your missing man, before you and most of these heads showed up, people here actually looked out for one another, no one here cared about making a profit off each other, people just helped one another out without asking much in return.

just admit to being a profiteer and stop the "i'm doing it for the fans" speech, its quite obvious to everyone in this site(on this planet for that matter) that you're doing it for the money.  there nothing wrong with doing it for the money but theres something wrong when you're using the "fans" as your shield so to speak.

Right, However, profiteer is a word with negative connotations.  Like "War profiteer".  It implies that I'm taking advantage of a bad situation or humanitarian crisis in order to benefit myself.  (See- Haliburton).  What I'm doing, is running a business.

What you are doing is using the negative implications of the word "Profiteer" in order to smear me, when all I'm doing is trying to bring cheap good products to market.

But let's not get bogged down in the tiny details, what's your real problem with me?

if you see the word profiteer that way, then thats your problem not mine  my definition of a profiteer is simply someone whos trying to make a profit off other people.  you running a business and in order to stay in business you have to make some kind of profit right?  hence profiteer.
i'm not trying to smear you or your product at all, the very first sentence of my initial post was i think alexfugazi is doing the fans a great service.  my point was to keep it real and stop hiding behind the "image of a fan", instead act like the seller/profiteer you really are.  everytime you make something new, you make it sound like you're doing everyone a favor(and in some ways you are) but the only one who profiting off your favor is you and only you....well and your employees.
i'm all for your vests, i've supported you in the past, and i think your doing the fans a great service but i can't help but to feel you're riding your high horse a bit too much and i'm not only person who feels this way....
