no it dosent have a hood and the collar dosent look foldable what do you think lier

at first i thought it was like a "tech" jacket. which would have a hood inside that can be unzippered out. but i think its actually a fold collar thats worn "popped" up

yes my grandfather wore a powder blue members only jacket, frequented the aqueduct racetrack, and was at otb when he couldnt make it to queens

there are lots of clear shots of the jacket as they are going through the turnstyle in the very beginning of the movie. they seem more like silver raincoats with pulls to fasten the bottom

  To me, it looks like a old-school zip up break-dancing jacket in shiney silver with added things on the sleeves.

There's nothing on the back of the jacket of the guy with the American flag either.  I'm under the impression that the Moonrunners don't have these flags on their sleeve.  They must have bought a surplus of these jackets to use along with the gold/yellow electric eliminators as Ive seen some gang members at the conclave with no EE patch on the back.  I have a vague recollection of someone mentioning the Moonrunners jacket is spotted in a film.  Gonna have a search and get back to you on that one.
