hard to tell, but that might be a full turtleneck, not a mock, as it looks a bit too high...

i think its gold, i also think it's the same patch as the one on the right, just with the light hitting the stitching making it look different.

Its a simular shape but its not the same patch.  Different feather design on the wings and the space between the tail and legs is wrong.  And the colour doesn't match.
