The topic name says it all. I have found every color, but not the orange. It would be an easy RIFFS outfit.

oranges are a symbolic chinese food therefore they do not want to make karate jackets in that color

I even contacted makers of custom karate uniforms and they don't do orange. Guess I am going to have to dye it. :(

i dont think dying it would look good man because if you mess up you got dark orange spots all over it and the rest is light orange, but if you can dye it good then its the easiest way

I think you may be looking for the wrong thing...Karate is Japanese...not Chinese...I would say that the Riffs wear modified kimonos

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Japanese-Silk-Sho ... 92af04ea56

this is a chinese kung fu suit but it has a madarin collar rather than the kimono collar.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Chinese-Reversibl ... 641e18bba3

karate gi's are normally cotton rather than silk...

The leader RIFFS have silk robes, but their regular members are karate cotton robes. I have watched it three times now and looked at the photos here. your 1st link looks right, but they are too long and silk.

lier, are you going to put a riffs logo on the back of this? i know they didny have that in the movie but i think putting a plain orange robe on display would be boring

Ya, Karate is a Japanese martial art (and Okinawan), Chinese is Kung-fu, or to
be more accurate Wu-shu. Kung-fu actually means to be an expert at something.
You could be Kung-fu in painting or carpentry or cooking, whereas Wu-shu
means martial arts specifically.

Anyhow, I looked all over to try and get you a link for an orange Karate Gi. For
the life of me, I could not find one anywhere. Only white, black, red and blue.
What's up with that?
